DAI MAI QIGONG
A Ling Gui Family Healing Qigong form as handed down by Master Liu He
Dai Mai Qigong is a powerful qigong practice that activates the Belt Channel located around the waist. This is the only horizontal channel in the body and Qi can easily get stuck here. Once the Dai Mai is activated, Qi starts to flow freely and expands outward. This form concludes with the Dai Mai’s energy building and spiraling out. When this channel is open, it helps to regulate the upper torso and lower legs, energy can then freely move and regulate above and below, smoothly moving the fire and water systems back and forth that harmonize the entire body.
THIS QIGONG PRACTICE IS GOOD FOR :
-
Reducing weight and blockages on the belt channel with activation of the Spleen points
-
Protecting your body from negative Qi with spirit as Qi that wraps the entire body
-
Reducing hip, low back and abdominal pain with Qi transmitted to those areas
-
Treating gynecological problems, constipation, fibrocystic breasts
-
Purifies the Liver and Gallbladder to control weight
-
Increasing the Wei Qi: your immune system as the Dai Mai sends out Qi along the skin’s surface
-
Provide energetic cocoon that protects from constant source of EMF’s of phones, TV and computers

Qigong is for everyone. However, when in person or online, it is up to the individual to assess whether they are ready for the class that they have chosen. If you suffer from specific injuries or disease it is best to consult with your physician first. Similarly if you are pregnant, follow the recommended practices only. The practice of Qigong requires you, yourself to gauge the safety of your practice within your personal physical limitations. It is always better to build up slowly to each class. There is never force or strain in Qigong, listening to the body comes first and foremost.
With effort one should also feel stretch and relax throughout the practice.
